PanAfrica Labs: Leadership & Policy Incubators
PanAfrica Labs are dynamic, school- and community-based labs where youth explore public service, ethical leadership, and policy innovation. They offer a hands-on, creative space to question systems and build bold ideas for change.

The Mock Parliament Experience
School Constitution
- Teens co-create a constitution for their school or club.
- Incorporate articles on rights, responsibilities, elections, and leadership codes.
Leadership Olympics
- Fun challenges: Vision pitch relay, public speaking sprint, governance trivia treasure hunt.
- Reward both teamwork and creativity.
Mock Elections & Cabinet Formation
- Simulate a school-wide or camp-wide election.
- Let “elected officials” run ministries for a week with real decision-making roles (e.g. menus, uniforms, assembly themes).
Create Your Own Country
- Groups invent a new African country — name it, draft its constitution, elect a leader, create a flag, anthem, and design a policy solution to a major issue.
- Presentations judged on creativity + political soundness.
